Using Credit Card CVV 2 Codes
When ordering online, include the CVV2 number from your credit card in the comments field of your order. This will enable us to verify your card and process your order as quickly as possible. On Mastercard and Visa, this is the last three digits of the number on the back of your card.  For American Express, it is the four digits on the upper right hand side of the front of your card.

Can I purchase a subscription for delivery outside the USA?
Due to high credit card fraud rates, we do not at this time accept international subscriptions.  We hope to start accepting them later this year

Can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be cancelled, however we do not give refunds for the unused portion of the subscription. 

How long until I get my first magazine?
You will usually receive your first magazine between four and eight weeks from the date your order is processed. 

What if I have not been getting my magazines?
Firstly, you should check in your profile to see that the magazine is being sent to the correct address.  If the address is correct, email helpdesk@overamerica.com.  Be sure to include your full name and the address to which the magazine should be going to.  If you can remember what the last issue was that you received, that will also be helpful.  If the address was incorrect, please update it, and then email helpdesk@overamerica.com so that we can extend your subscription to make up for missed issues.
I am a subscriber, but never received a User Name and Password
